  19. This is correct. Currently, layout is pretty horrible for dealing with film
  20. resolution/aspect ratios for rotoscoping. If you have a 2k x 1k background
  21. plate and set output resolution to match that background plate, the output
  22. will be correct as expected, but any 3D elements positioned relative to that
  23. plate in layout will be shifted in position. I truly hope that this is
  24. addressed in 4.0 along with greater image depth for layout backgrounds.
